The schedule for your retreat includes daily couples sessions and individual sessions. The length of these sessions varies based on the clinical work being done. I only end a session when it clinically makes sense to do so. Because each retreat is custom-designed for the couple, the schedule may change based on that day’s clinical work. Couples and individuals’ “homework” is also assigned as clinically needed. I also make sure to include downtime and opportunities for the couple to reconnect and build goodwill between them.
